Driven by my belief that Advocacy should be at the heart of every brand, including my own, I’d like to measure the Net Promoter Score of this Blog (there’s a first!). If brands with above industry average NPS scores grow at 2.5 times the rate of their competitors, it seems like a pretty sensible measure for this Blog (and most businesses) …don’t you think?
